Positive: The place is a fully renovated (in a modern style) "sklep", which in Czech and Moravian means "wine cellar". It's effectively a small house which provides a comfortable bedroom for 2 guests integrated with a living space and a fully equipped kitchen. And I mean fully - it's the second best equipped kitchen I've seen amongst the rental places of this kind (I wish I hadn't miss the opportunity to write a review of the best one...). Essentially, one big space which is also air-conditioned. If needed, there's an extra bed on the mezzanine floor for another 2 guests. Of course, it needs to be booked, so the bed can be prepared in advance. Bathroom comes with a comfortable shower cabin and a little tricky, but only at first, shower "controls" (not difficult to figure out). The cellar (or basement, if you're from the west side of the Atlantic) has a large table, where you can even receive guests, and a small stove, in case it was cold. Infrastructure-wise (as an engineer), everything follows modern standards and looks neat. The kitchen is connected with a small patio overlooking a small local street (everything is small in the area and that fits nicely). There is also a dedicated parking spot. Yes, it really is marked as assigned to the property but I'm not sure if that's somehow enforced. It wouldn't matter much because parking isn't usually a big problem in the area, with a few seasonal exceptions. Still, it can be nice to be able to avoid carrying your luggage if you can park next to the "sklep".

Negative: If I really had to pick on something then only the said shower controls took a few seconds to figure out. That's really nothing, though. I can't think of anything else.
